Getting there: by air or cruise ships
Local transportation: Rail Metro line, bus, taxi etc. You can purchase a traveling card for 6 AED, add money for your trips. One stop could be 3 AED, 5 stops for 5 AED.
Weather: hot but dry
Stay indoor in a large shopping mall, you can walk around, there are food courts and restaurants. Food price is not cheap.
